Research Use Policy

1. Policy Statement

SR Biosciences LLC supplies research reagents exclusively for legitimate scientific research conducted by qualified personnel in appropriate laboratory settings. Products sold by SR Biosciences are not intended for, and may not be used for, human consumption or veterinary use of any kind.

2. Customer Attestation

All customers must accept the following attestation at checkout as a condition of sale:

"I certify that this material will be used solely for in-vitro research or preclinical evaluation in a licensed research setting, will not be administered to humans or companion animals, and will be stored and disposed of in accordance with applicable laws."

3. Verification

SR Biosciences may request documentation of institutional affiliation for orders above specified quantity or value thresholds, or at our discretion for any order. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in order cancellation.

4. Refusal of Sale

SR Biosciences reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reverse any order at our sole discretion, without obligation to provide explanation. This right is exercised to ensure products reach only legitimate research end-users.

5. Prohibited Uses

The following uses of SR Biosciences products are expressly prohibited: human consumption in any form; veterinary use; unauthorized resale or redistribution; and use in jurisdictions where possession or handling of such material is restricted or unlawful. Customers are solely responsible for verifying applicable local laws prior to ordering.

6. Reporting

Suspected misuse of SR Biosciences products, including unauthorized resale or non-research use, may be reported to support@srbio.com. All reports are reviewed by our compliance team.
