Shipping & Returns

1. Domestic Shipping (US)
SR Biosciences ships domestic orders via FedEx Priority Overnight and FedEx 2-Day. Carrier service is selected at checkout. Orders received before 2:00 PM Pacific Time ship the same business day, subject to product availability. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.
2. Packaging
All products ship at ambient temperature with desiccant. Product should not be frozen during transit. Each shipment includes product in sealed, labeled containers accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS).
3. International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries. SR Biosciences provides the required export documentation, including commercial invoice, customs declaration, and current SDS. Country-specific import permits are the responsibility of the customer. The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs clearance fees. SR Biosciences will provide additional required documentation upon request.
4. Lead Times
In-stock items are typically dispatched same-day or next business day. The 20 g format requires 3–5 business days. Bulk orders exceeding 20 g require approximately 2–4 weeks. Lead times are estimates and subject to change; confirmed lead times will be communicated at order acceptance.
5. Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened product in original condition. To initiate a return, contact support@srbio.com prior to shipping. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required and must be clearly marked on the return shipment. Opened product and product that has been temperature-compromised are not eligible for return.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damage or loss must be reported to SR Biosciences within 48 hours of delivery. Retain all original packaging materials, including outer box and interior packaging, as they may be required for a carrier claim. Contact support@srbio.com with your order number and a description of the damage or loss.
