Terms of Sale

1. Acceptance
By placing an order with SR Biosciences LLC, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms of Sale. These terms apply to all orders placed via website checkout, email purchase order, or phone, and supersede any conflicting terms on a customer purchase order unless separately agreed in writing.
2. Research Use Only
All products sold by SR Biosciences LLC are intended exclusively for in-vitro research or preclinical evaluation by qualified scientific personnel. Products are not approved for, and may not be used for, human consumption, clinical use, or veterinary use. Customer attestation of research-only use is required at checkout as a condition of sale.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are accepted via website checkout, email purchase order, or phone. Payment is due at the time of order unless a net-30 credit account has been approved in advance by SR Biosciences. SR Biosciences reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason without explanation.
4. Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices published on the SR Biosciences website or in a current price list at the time of order acceptance apply to that order. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, or import duties unless explicitly stated.
5. Shipping
SR Biosciences ships FCA (Free Carrier) origin. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon carrier pickup at the SR Biosciences facility. SR Biosciences is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss occurring during transit. Claims for transit-related damage or loss should be directed to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened product in original condition. To initiate a return, contact support@srbio.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. No returns are accepted for opened product. Claims for defective product will be reviewed and processed within 15 business days of receipt of the claim.
7. Limited Warranty
SR Biosciences warrants that each product will conform to the purity and identity specifications stated in the Certificate of Analysis (COA) at the time of shipment. This warranty is void if the product is stored outside the conditions specified on the product label or COA. No other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are made.
8. Limitation of Liability
SR Biosciences' total liability to the customer for any claim arising from the purchase or use of its products shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. SR Biosciences shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages, regardless of the form of action and whether or not SR Biosciences has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Wyoming.
